This online interactive self-paced course on cultural diversity targets individuals working with diverse groups, ranging from managers to frontline staff. The course imparts essential insights into effectively navigating cultural variations and service standards when interacting with guests of diverse nationalities.
Objectives:

You will be asked 30 questions/assignments with a pass mark of 80% (self-paced). The answers are marked automatically, so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If your answer is not correct, you will get a chance to correct the mistake. You can save your test results if you can´t finish all at once and want to continue later.
