This online interactive course on common Kitchen crimes (food safety) is using the latest e-learning technology. Our new way to learn is interactive, easy, and fun although the content is deadly serious. The crimes are divided into 4 sections: Cross-contamination, cleaning, chilling & cooking.

You will be asked 40 questions/assignments with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don´t answer correctly you will get a chance to correct the mistake.
