This online interactive course on common Kitchen crimes (food safety)  is using the latest e-learning technology. Our new way to learn is interactive, easy, and fun although the content is deadly serious. The crimes are divided into 4 sections: Cross-contamination, cleaning, chilling & cooking.



  • Inform and educate staff about simple and practical methods of keeping food safe.
  • Understand the importance of good food hygiene.
  • Protect food from cross-contamination.
  • Understand how to carry out effective cleaning activities.


You will be asked 40  questions/assignments with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don´t answer correctly you will get a chance to correct the mistake. You can save your test results if you can´t finish all at once and would like to continue later.
