The Email Etiquette Workshop introduces participants to the skills and techniques necessary for writing professional and effective Emails. As today´s primary communication tool, it is essential that Email communication be consistent, relevant and professional. With in-boxes overflowing and considerable time spent managing correspondence, it is vital to craft Emails that are properly worded, easy to read, file and respond to.

Objectives

  • Learn how to write effective Email subject lines
  • Know what register is and is not appropriate
  • Learn how to open and conclude an Email
  • Exercises to practise writing good Emails and identifying problems

This course can be on-site and also on-line through Zoom for groups or one person at a set time.
